Vipre Anti-Virus
with Spyware Protection
Installation Instructions!
***Print these Installations for easy reference during the
installation process.***
Download your NEW Anti-Virus below
by clicking on the link below,
and save it to your computers hard
drive.

Go into
your computers Control Panel,
then locate the Add/Remove
Programs (Windows XP) or Programs and Features if you have Windows Vista.
Locate all Anti-Virus and
Spyware Programs
installed, I.e. Windows Defender, any Kaspersky, ESET NOD32,
AVG, Spybot, Ad-Ware and Norton/Symantec Products and click on them one at a time, then click on Remove
on the right. When completed ALL removals, close
all open windows and reboot your computer!
THIS REBOOT IS VERY IMPORTANT!!
Go back into Windows and do NOT open any programs! Now
double click on the file you downloaded
from above to install the NEW
Anti-Virus Program and select Run
when prompted.
Click
on NEXT
at the Vipre Anti-Virus Installation Wizard Screen.
Accept the License Agreement
and click on NEXT
again.
Click
on NEXT
to accept the default Program File Location.
Click
on NEXT
to create a Desktop Shortcut.
Click on install
to begin the installation, this will take a few minutes.
Click on FINISH when
completed.
Click YES
to Restart your PC.
Go back into Windows
again and make sure you have an internet
connection established!
Double click
on the "
Grey V
"
next to your computers clock. And
click NEXT to start the Anti-Virus
Wizard. Or if prompted,
click NEXT
at the Vipre Setup Wizard Screen.
Now
Select to enable or disable what
Email Program you use and
click NEXT.
Click NEXT
at the ThreatNET Community Page.
Now you can Activate and Register your Anti-Virus,
select “ I want to Activate Vipre Now ”,
and enter your Activate Code
provided in the email sent to you,
type in your First Name, Last Name and email address
and click NEXT.
Un-Check
if you do NOT want to “ View a Demonstration of Vipre ”, then
click FINISH.
At this
point the Vipre Program will update via your internet connection, so
please be patient, It will only take a few minutes. When the update
is completed, click on " ok
".
That is it, your done! Your Vipre icon next to your computers clock
should be bright

now.
